PT. SLP Surya Ticon Internusa is founded in 2015 and specialized in conducting development, lease and management of warehouses and factories in Indonesia. It is a Joint Venture company under PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (“SSI"), Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui") and Frasers Property Thailand Plc. (formerly Ticon Industrial Connection Plc.). Under the joint venture agreement, SLP through its subsidiary will acquire a 22 hectares land area including existing buildings from PT Suryacipta Swadaya, a wholly owned subsidiary of SSI, which located at Suryacipta Technopark (“Technopark”), in Suryacipta City of Industry, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. |
